Furthermore, how the errors are avoided or “managed” and how discussions shape approaching challenges that must be overcome to meet your market objectives. Here we should remind ourselves that we are looking for a ‘strategic partnership’ which offers different benefits and approaches to a simply ‘tell and do’ relationship.
For me reducing the need for a partner’s oversight is an objective in setting operational excellence goals. This goes hand in hand with robust and repeatable processes that everyone understands.
